Teesta & Tom’s beautiful Hindu ceremony was the first part of their fabulous wedding celebrations which we were so thrilled to be a part of.

After begining the preparations for their Christian ceremony at West Wycombe Park in Buckinghamshire we headed over to Teesta’s family home in North London to prepare for their Hindu ceremony.

With both Hindu and Christian roots, it was a joy to see how both religions and traditions were embraced to make this union a really special family celebration. As tradition dictates, the groom is welcomed over the threshold into the bride’s family home, our little floral touch invited Tom into the family.

With family arriving from India and Yorkshire to join the celebrations in the family garden; a beautiful marquee courtesy of Raj Tents; lots of personal touches and a whole heap of love and support, it was a truly memorable day.

The floral elements were subtle and we loved dressing the mandap, ensuring the flowers were loose and instructed but complimented the beautiful bright, sari fabric brought over from India.
